Very unprofessional, we came for a scheduled tour and was told that they were in a meeting. So could we come back tomorrow. Not by the managers but by their maintenance person.

Do not move here. This company is shady. I moved in in December. I paid $2000 deposit through a third party they required. The welcome letter included all the move in fees and I signed it and paid. A month later the office reached out claiming they forgot to add their security deposit. (This is not my fault or my problem) I agreed to a certain payment when I signed my lease. The manager in the office(Micheal) apologized and agreed it was not my fault and told me to leave the payment in the account and he will wave any fees and we will just ignore it because he claimed he would get in trouble. So I agreed. Well a couple months went by and they used my rent payment to pay off the missing deposit to make the account look like I was short in my rent. Today they left a notice on my door saying I had 5 days to pay it or they will terminate my lease. Cooperate has no idea the fraud this office is committing and I have email proof. Luckily I have a lawyer that will be helping me move forward with this.

Getting Eviction notices due to the Payment system being messed up is So WRONG. Apartment payment portal is glitchy . I am forced to make deposits at 7/11s and CVS. Carrying a large amount of cash during rent time is so inconvenient in 2024 . Fix Your Stuff!!!!!

I was going to move here but after reading all this horrible reviews i will tell my husband to let them keep the deposit,,, i will not move here.

There are dead rats that have been decaying where they died in the garage for months, either in glue traps or now a thin film from being run over by cars. The smell is horrible.
