Mason Arms Apartments

I lived here from 2018 to 2021 and honestly was probably the best apartment experience Ive had over the years. The property manager was always very kind, responsive, and accessible. I lived in one of the studio apartments here and it was simple, spacious, modern, well kept, very reasonable rent for my first time living alone, and the Del Ray neighborhood, shops, and community are real gems. During the early parts of the pandemic, it was this neighborhood and my lovely little apartment here that made the rest of the world not only tolerable but enjoyable, and I think back very fondly on the time that I lived here.

Best apartment building I've ever lived in for the price, location, building management, and maintenance of the units. The building management was always on top of all of my questions and requests and promptly notified us of any happenings around the complex. They were very professional and courteous to their tenants.

Lovely tour and neighborhood, great square footage and floor layout for the price. Definitely should consider for the location, space, and helpful management company!!!

I lived here for nearly two years. Loved it. Quiet, cool, and mellow. Treated well by the management. If I get back to the area, I'd totally try to get a place there.
