BASED ON TOUR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE The Foundry Apartments blend industrial with modern style. Sandra, the leasing agent, was knowledgeable and helpful, although scheduling flexibility is limited, so booking an appointment in advance is essential. Be careful trying to request tours around holidays. I went to try as a walk in again the day before Easter, and was told management canceled tours on the Saturday before the holiday. Sandra's boss instructed no appointments for that Saturday, even though I got there shortly after opening. Despite this setback, the amenities, including the gym, were impressive. Yet, some minor issues with card reader functionality were noted. Also they will refer you to the website to view Floorplan and availability. However availability of apartments online does not match the kiosk availability in the lobby. So ask questions. Residents seem to love it. It's beautiful and close to the metro and shopping!

Brandon is amazing and professional. He has been patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire rental process. You are lucky to have employees like him.

One star is very generous. Im not even sure where to begin. We moved here from out of state and were in a rush to sign. Ever since then it has been nothing but a disaster with The Foundry. First and foremost the staff is absolutely awful. The property manager will belittle you and act like you know nothing when you have concerns/questions. They will constantly add new charges with no explanation (i.e. charging you to fill up the pool and back pay for the trash which isnt valet). Not to mention when you request for a do not enter before contacting you- they enter your apartment WITHOUT consent or warning. I have a pet and under no circumstance would I want someone going into my apartment without me being aware. The staff also lost majority of my paperwork when I first moved in and acted clueless and made me send it ASAP or they would add new charges. The worst part is when you try to contact someone they NEVER answer emails/phones or arent in the office during work hours. I guess this is just a side hustle for them! I could go on but ultimately I would never recommend this apartment or a property managed by BH Management.

I saw the reviews for tours but you have to book an appointment no walk-ins. Also there was one person there the "lease" manager at 11am. I explained to him that there had been multiple calls and emails to reach the office over the course of 5 days and never got a response. According to the reviews of actual residents they said management is disorganized and I can see that already smh.
