        Planned a vacation and knew we would not have enough meds. I called before we left and they said they would work on it. We leave and still no meds. So I’m thinking we can just transfer the meds when we get near a CVS...no not the case. So I tell them we need the prescription filled regardless. They call back and said we would have to do a tele appointment before they could fill it. Never received the email with an appointment. My plan was to have my mother overnight me the meds. We are almost home and still no prescription. I have called twice today. My kids have been without medication and this is ridiculous! It’s a good thing it is not a life threatening medication but it is something they need to have in their system and when not taken it is very hard on them! Do not go to this office if you are g
