        Jessica is so sweet and was great with my child! Unfortunately the business owner was unwilling to take responsibility for a mistake. The office called me 1 time and then cancel my child's appointment even though I was paid in full! While I was trying to talk about this policy Sandy abruptly told me thank you for your feedback and hung up. I wish we could see Jessica without worrying my child's appointment would be randomly canceled!
