Im not one to leave bad reviews but here we go. Someone I know applied to this company, got the job, showed up to work on his first day and was fired the same day because of a record that happened 11 years ago.. Let me just say, if he had been back and forth in trouble since then, Id see an issue and an inconsistency but where he hasnt been, you didnt even give him a chance. Its not about the person having a record. Its about discrimination to me. This is why companies cant hire good people is because theyd rather have the non record junkies work for them versus the ones who have had a record and are more than willing to work who realizes they made a mistake in life and learned from it.

Over a month ago, I arranged for Steve Moore of Moore's Heating & Electric, to come by the house to look at my old gas furnace, which I would like to replace. Showed him around, asked my questions, and thought we agreed on the size of unit I would like, a scope of work and requested a cost quote. He told me it would be the end of the week before he could get back with me with a written quote. I was good with that timeline. However, it's like I said, over a month has passed and I have not heard anything back from Mr Moore. Business must be pretty good for Mr. Moore, that he would take time out of his schedule to come all the way to my house and then not provide a quote. I don't know if this is typical behavior for Mr. Moore or his company, but if you are in the market for a HVAC quote, choose carefully. Mr Moore, if you didn't want the job just say so, or price yourself off the job. If I could give 0 stars, that's what I would award for my experience with Mr Moore.

A while back we had an issue with our bus bar melting to the electric panel, fortunately we were able to catch it in time before any major damage was done. We found Steve by the grace of God! He came out asap and accessed the situation, we had to upgrade our entire box! Steve was able to get it done in no time! We had a 3 month old at the time and it was during the winter so time was of the essence. Not only did Steve get the job done quickly, he also was much cheaper than we anticipated! In fact, we were so thrilled with his service we made sure he knew! Thanks again Steve! I will forever recommend you to all!
