        I changed my legal name over a year ago and the landlord Christina still hasn't changed my name on my lease, claiming it can't be done. Repairs take weeks-months to be fulfilled (if at all). And keep all your receipts from paying rent, or she'll accuse you of not paying at all.

        The management here is atrocious. Work orders will take 6-8 months to repair. Plumbing is outdated. Showers barely work. The laundry mat on site has maybe two working machines. Complex manager always says she will get to you eventually but does nothing. Just hollow promises. Dont move here.
