I can recommend Ryan's services without reservation--it's very hard to find someone who actually gets right back to you AND follows through competently on their call--Ryan does both. I was extremely pleased with both the service (lawn mowing and fall window washing) and clear communication. I look forward to being on RFD's seasonal cleaning list.

Recently, Ryan from RDF properties cleaned our windows, and the job he did was absolutely fantastic. He was very quick with getting us a proposal and also very prompt in performing the window cleaning. Actually, when the job was complete, I asked Ryan for an invoice and he wanted me to verify that all the work was done to my satisfaction before he would invoice me. I highly recommend RDF properties and will utilize their services again.
