Nancy and her team were so amazing to work with, and we were consistently impressed by their professionalism and the care that they put into every piece of planning and executing our wedding. Nancy truly went above and beyond from start to finish to make our wedding day even more beautiful than we could have imagined. From helping us search for venues and vendors to ensuring that the actual day went smoothly, Nancy was there every step of the way. She always asked us important questions and listened to what was most important to us leading up to that day. When our wedding day came, we felt comfortable and supported so we could enjoy every moment. It rained on our wedding day which required some last minute changes to our ceremony location. Nancy knew how important it was to us to keep our ceremony outside, and she took action to make sure it was still the setting we dreamt of. It turned out more magical than we could have imagined! We are so glad that we trusted Nancy to help plan one of the most special days of our lives. We will remember that day forever and will be forever thankful for Nancy and her team.

Perfection at Family Celebrations of all sizes I had the pleasure of working with Nancy twice. Both times for special family celebrations. Though Nancy mainly works with Bride and Grooms to create the perfect wedding, she used these same skills and attention to details to create truly special family celebrations for us. The first occasion was in the fall of 2016 to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. We had around 45 close friends and family come to Vermont from around the world to celebrate. So not a large wedding but Nancy gave us just as much time and attention as she would to a wedding with 200 or more guests. Her knowledge of venders is broad, and her recommendations were spot on. From Caterers, Florists, Bartenders, Bands, Stationary, Tents, and rentals, she helped us create the most amazing weekend at our home. She helped organize transportation for all our guest between Stowe Mountain Resort and our home as well as fun activities as golf, brewery tours, and a pictorial scavenger hunt. This September (2023) She helped us again to organize a family reunion for 27 of my husbands Dutch family. With a total of 37 people here for the weekend, once again her recommendations of venders were spot on and her dedication and attention to detail for our event was amazing. The catering, rentals, brilliant ideas for activities and all details were perfect. She organized transportation between Boston Logan airport to Stowe Vermont for 27 family members arriving from the Netherlands. Additionally, she organized transportation between Green Mountain Inn to our home as well as for all the activities in the Stowe area. She came to help set up and make sure everything was ready for when our family arrived. She helped coordinate kayaking at Waterbury reservoir as well as taking over the Stowe Bowl for a private session of bowling. She was responsive all weekend to any questions or small hick ups even though she was busy working at a wedding over the weekend!! She came back after the weekend to help clean up and be there to meet the rental company as they came to collect their items. I can truly say, Nancy is worth her weigh not in gold but in diamonds. You will never regret hiring Nancy for your wedding. She will create the perfect day and make sure you dont have a moment of stress.

Nancy was an excellent wedding planner. She was attentive, listened to all of our wants and dreams and made them happen. She went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend the most special for us and our families and friends. I would highly recommend her and would hire her over and over again if I could!

Nancy helped us plan the wedding of our dreams! She connected us with the BEST vendors in the business (everyone she recommended was outstanding) and worked with them to execute all the details flawlessly. We had zero stresses day of - she made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. Everything was perfect! We also really appreciated Nancy's creativity and attention to detail when it came to preparing our welcome bags (which we still get compliments on) and making the CUTEST escort cards (mini mason jars filled with apple cider). As you can see from the photos below we were very happy with Nancy's work!

Working with Nancy was an absolutely incredible experience! From the initial consultation to the big day, Nancy was attentive, organized, and incredibly creative. Every detail was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. Nancy listened to our vision and brought it to life beyond our expectations. Nancy knows all the best vendors (in VT & beyond) so trust her recommendations Im so glad I did as everyone she recommended was a 10/10. Throughout the entire planning journey, Nancy was a godsend. Her expertise and dedication were evident from day one. Nancy patiently listened to our ideas, offered valuable suggestions that elevated the event, and meticulously crafted a comprehensive plan that aligned perfectly with our vision. Nancys responsiveness and attention to detail were exceptional; every email, call, and meeting was met with enthusiasm and promptness, making us feel like a priority. Her ability to navigate potential hiccups with grace and find creative solutions was truly remarkable. On the big day, she truly went above & beyond in so many ways. Nancy was there first thing in the morning to coordinate all the vendors & get started on all the dcor. Throughout the day, I was just able to relax & have fun with my guests I did not need to do a thing because Nancy & her team took care of every little detail! At our ceremony, there was a small amount of rain so Nancy whipped out these stunning white umbrellas that were placed at the entry to our ceremony for our guests she is like Mary Poppins with her bag of goodies & extras for anything that might arise. Then at cocktail hour, she pulled us aside to view our reception space & it literally brought tears to my eyes how beautiful it was. She had placed lanterns along the stairway, and it just looked so drop dead gorgeous (I never would have thought to do that, but of course Nancy did!). Nancys attention to detail & taste is BEYOND incredible throughout the process, I would defer to her & trust her completely to decide what looks best. Nancy is a master of the luxury wedding. Being a meticulous individual myself (admittedly, veering into bridezilla territory), Nancy was an absolute revelationmirroring my type A personality and organizational finesse, while delicately and graciously guiding me when needed, a testament to her diplomatic prowess that only a seasoned luxury wedding planner like Nancy, with her many years of expertise, could possess. Her professionalism and composed demeanor were the pillars that made the entire journey an absolute delight. Without her, I shudder to think where I'd have ended upprobably in a hospital ward, grappling with a panic attack. Nancy wasn't just an investment in our wedding; she was the linchpin that ensured its success. Frankly, considering the exceptional caliber of her skill set, she could easily double her prices and still be undeniably worth every single penny. I'm genuinely astonished she doesn't charge more, given the extraordinary value she brings to the table! To all future brides who might glean wisdom from my journey: If only I had enlisted Nancy's services earlier! In hindsight, crystal clear as it may be, that's the paramount advice I'd impart to every bride-to-be. Without a shred of doubt, the initial step in your wedding planning should unequivocally be securing Nancy's expertise. Once she's on board, the burden lifts; she seamlessly takes the reins from there, ensuring an effortless and impeccable trajectory toward your dream day. Trust me, this is the singular decision that can truly transform your wedding planning experience. In sum, our wedding day was magical, and we owe it all to our amazing wedding planner, Nancy.
