It has been a great experience to work with Rebecca to purchase a home in Stowe VT. We called her during a very busy time, unprecedented really yet she gave us all of her attention as if she had known us for years when we had never even met before. She walked properties remotely for us and showed us video. When we could finally come to VT and found the property we wanted to purchase she was efficient, detail oriented and a great communicator with seller's agent and all involved. Our purchase was successful due to all of Rebecca's help. She will be our agent again if we decide to sell and buy again!

Its a pleasure to be able to give Rebecca Donaldson a five-star-plus rating. She deserves full credit for orchestrating the successful sale of my house. Throughout the entire process, from listing the house last Fall, through the recent closing, Rebecca was superb! She created an innovative marketing plan that generated ongoing showings. When the market indicated that my initial asking price was too high, Rebecca recommended several well thought out price reductions until we found the sweet spot that produced an offer. Her aid was invaluable throughout the negotiations with the buyer. Ive moved, so when the home inspection contingency turned up some unexpected problems that needed attention Rebecca, being on the spot, took the initiative and was able to arrange a full resolution.
