BRAMBLE + BLOOM

Im disappointed. Im sure im going to get a response on this review completely denying everything but I dont care. This needs to be said. Being a first time bride, I wasnt sure what to be expecting with a phone call with a florist, or as Kristin calls herself, an artist. I was pretty nervous in the beginning and throughout the entire phone call we had. My needs for my wedding were ignored and not met. Almost every idea I had was put down by Kristin. I wanted babys breath with my sunflower bouquet. She said she wanted to support local farmers and florists and suggested against that because they werent in season by the time of my wedding. Fine. She suggested a different wildflower to go with my bouquet. Fine. But here is what really pissed me off. I am taking the last name Rose, so I and my family really wanted roses to be incorporated into the wedding somehow. So, my family and I decided on rose wristlets for the mom and rose boutonnieres for the dads. She suggested against that and again brought up a different flower to use because she claims that roses are too big and wouldnt look good. She gave me the option of a different flower or to stick to roses. I said lets stick with the roses, and she RUDELY said Ok over the phone, paused for a second, and went on this almost like rant that shes the artist, our visions didnt line up (even though i agreed with her other ideas instead of mine), and how she wants to promote her shop. So, she recommended I go to some other shop because I didnt want to do HER ideas for MY wedding. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I tried, I couldnt get myself to reason with her standpoint because IM the bride, Its MY wedding, and IM paying possibly over $1000 for her services (not anymore!). I was so shocked at the way she treated me and my ideas during this phone call that i didnt know what to do. So i just agreed with all her horrible ideas. Luckily I had my fianc call back and cancel everything because I was just so shocked and felt uncomfortable to call back. Take off send us your pinterest board on your website. There is no point to get peoples hopes up that youll help them with their vision when clearly everything has to be YOUR way or the highway. I found a different shop in Vermont and to my surprise they respected all my wishes and were very kind. I do not recommend going here.

I love, love, love Bramble and Bloom! I've been lucky to be on the receiving end of a floral delivery many times, and they never fail to wow me. First: The arrangements are unique and sophisticated they look so high-end and luxe. I also really appreciate that they come in a minimalist/modern vase that I can reuse. The blooms last so long (I am currently enjoying my Valentine's Day bouquet almost 7 days after delivery, and it looks fresh as ever). Finally, the delivery and customer service is impeccable. The arrangements are always packaged with such care, and the staff is friendly, sweet, and professional. I'd recommend B&B to anyone (and indeed, often do!)

Kristin was easy to work with and she kept me up to date on all the moving parts even during peak wedding season! She presented thoughtful alternatives while we had to pivot some things due to weather. I was unsure how it would all come together but I was completely speechless on the wedding day. The flowers were absolutely perfect and she completely understood my vibe and executed it perfectly. Truly beyond anything I could have imagined. The flowers were my favorite part of the wedding. Cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I worked with Kristin and her team for our wedding, and we could not recommend them more highly. From the very first phone call with Kristin, it was clear that she is extremely good at what she does. We didnt have a particular vision for our florals in the beginning, so we were looking for a florist who could really help us craft one. Boy, did Kristin fit the bill. She asked all the right questions to help us figure out how to describe the vibe we were looking for and hone in on some aesthetic details. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the seasonality of different flowers, which ones would do well in which weather conditions, etc. Ultimately, we pretty much just gave her our color scheme, a sense of the vibe we were looking for, and some feedback about vase shapes, candle colors, etc. and she and her team ended up putting together florals that were more stunning than anything we ever could have imagined. They provided us with a detailed lookbook (which was incredibly helpful!), so we knew what kinds of flowers theyd be using, but seeing it all come to life on our wedding day absolutely blew us away. One of my friends said it was the most beautiful wedding she had ever been to. Back when we had gotten engaged, friends had told us to be prepared to spend a sizable chunk of our budget on flowers. While they werent wrong, we feel that every penny we spent was worth it, and the work that the Bramble + Bloom team did was a big part of what made our wedding so special. We got almost nothing for what we paid for. Over 10k in flowers that could barely be set around the tables with several of the flowers being dead. I feel like this company and team misled my wife into thinking they were the only option and blew the costs way out of proportion. I would seek other options that we have found to be far less expensive for the same end product.
