HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I went in on a Saturday morning and asked for some 5/4 boards. The cashier rang up 3/4 boards. The attendant at the lumber barn loaded my boards and I didn't notice that they were wrong until I went to use them later that morning. I called and told them I could be there in 15 minutes to swap them. They told me that because they closed at Noon they'd leave the right boards outside the barn and I could leave the wrong ones. No apology, no offer for anyone to stay an extra ten minutes. I drove back to swap them and there were no 5/4 boards left out for me anywhere at the property. I happened to notice the guy who rang me up sitting in his truck in the parking lot, so I asked him if he could help me and swap the boards. He said "I don't know anything about it". I told him what the situation was and he repeated "I don't know anything about it". I told him he was the one who rang me up and he said he couldn't help me because he didn't have a key. I told him I made a 2nd trip to the store because of his error and asked him what he suggested so I could get the boards and get my project done and he said "I can't do anything, the slip said 3/4. You're lucky someone was even here". So he told me I was lucky he was there even though he wouldn't help, and he actually did know about the situation even though he said he didn't. I was left with no solution and no choice but to leave with the wrong boards. He clearly did not care at all about the problem he caused for me. A friend once told me this place had terrible service and I didn't listen because the few times I'd been there were fine. Now I know what he meant. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else.
