        Deciding which brand of windows to use is not always a easy decision. Our rep. Calvin, made the decision easy for us. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted, and made it happen. He gave us all of the options, and gave some suggestions that we are happy we went with. Knowing that we would be installing all of our windows ourselves, Calvin provided us with all of the information we would need to have an easy install. I would highly recommend pella windows, and calvin as a rep. Thank you for making our dream home, become a reality.

        I have been building homes for the better part of 30 years. I've been using Pella windows for a good portion of that. I'm writing this review not only as an endorsement of Pella windows, but also a professional review of Evan Potter, the salesman I deal with. Over the years, I have consistently been very happy with Pella windows. Great product delivered in a timely manner. Recently I have been dealing with Evan Potter. Evan seems to be new to Pella, but he comes with "real building world" experience. He is very capable of solving new problems and is willing to think outside the box. On top of his experience as a builder, he is openly willing to come to the job site to address issues of an install or perhaps "the screen does not fit perfectly". His customer service is something to be proud of. I've very much enjoyed working with him and will continue to do so. Service: Custom windows
