Now that they are able to take credit cards and save themselves a lot of labor time and $ previously spent processing checks, they charge an extra $3.50 for you to use it.

This one star reflects the product the South Burlington Water Department sells and not the employees of the company. I have drank South Burlington tap water without problem for fifteen years. The past year somthing has defently changed with the quality of said water. The result it stomach pain and bowel problems. I switched to bottled spring water and my health problems stopped. A notice was issued that my streets water supply was compromised and that they where fixing the issue. They said they fixed the problem so I began drinking the water again. Sure enough I got bad I.B.S. again as well as everyone in my family. My parents who live on the other side of Williston Road in South Burlington are reporting the same issues.
