Barrett's Tree Service - SavATree

We used Barrett's Tree Service to remove a few of our trees, including one that snapped and was hung up in the branches of other trees directly over our neighbor's new garage. The team was amazing! It is very clear that safety, for not only the crew but also those around them, is important to this company! The crew we had was very polite, professional and efficient. They managed to move their large machines onto our yard and our neighbor's yard without creating as much as a tread mark. They even cleaned up all of the debris (including pieces that had made it on to the street)! It was like they were never here! Fantastic experience, I would highly recommend this company, and will use them for any additional work needed in the future!

Had this team take out 8 trees from our property in an area not easy to get to. They were on time, incredibly professional, and did quality work. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a tree service.

This team rolled in here and eliminated two of what I think were the biggest and oldest oak trees in the Hood.. Professional, clean, experienced, and the team in the office is pleasant, too!! We would use Barrett's again!! Services: Tree stump grinding, Tree removal

Unfortunately our overall experience with Savatree was quite poor. This is too bad because the guys actually doing the tree work did a great job. However, the office and scheduling was in complete disarray. You'd expected top notch communication from a company charging $1000 per hour for their services, but this is not the case. In our short experience with them they managed to double schedule and bump our appointment, call 1.5hrs late to the appt. trying to sending the wrong service, reschedule and again show up 2hrs late, and send an extra bill after the service which was never communicated prior. Even after all this they kept trying to come back for work we didn't ask or pay for. If you decide to work with Savatree expect that you are the service manager; you'll need to reach out regularly with reminders of all prior communication if you expect to get your work done.
