Bob Maisie made our purchase go as smoothly as possible. We moved to Vermont from out of state and he helped with logistics, finding us inspectors and repair people (who we will use forever, they're great!) and answering countless questions. This is a review for almost 2 years ago but nonetheless I think important to leave. I had a phone call with Patrick O'Connell about purchasing a home in Burlington. My husband and I are both healthcare professionals and were looking for a change. I let him know I was driving up and was interested in one home specifically but would be happy to look at others. I told him it would take a couple days to get there but was serious. After arriving I drive to the home we were interested in. There was a woman unpacking and said she bought the place well over a month past. I contacted Patrick but he said he was too busy to get together. I tried again the next day and got the same response. He left a very bad example of a human being.
