Ryan is absolutely amazing! I had sent an email through Realtor.com and within minutes I had a call from Ryan. We booked a meeting to discuss what I was looking for and he set me up on their portal. We went to several showings and he'd always ask me "how do you rate this 1 -10?" and we'd work from there. He was super helpful and on top of his game! We were under contract to close on a home and it fell through and Ryan was sincere and apologetic and we jumped right into showing again. Within a week I was under contract on another home. I currently reside in this home and it had its hoops to get here but Ryan and his Team helped ever step of the way! I am so thankful that it was Ryan that reached out to me after I sent that email! Highly recommend working with Ryan when buying or selling your home!

We cannot put into words how grateful we are to Ryan Spooner at Light1Realty! He was incredibly responsive and available for any/all questions. Within two weeks of being pre-approved for a mortgage, our offer was accepted on a new home because he communicated so well with the listing agent to make our offer stood out to the sellers. Being first time home buyers, Ryan was also great with explaining the process to us in depth so we never felt lost in the details. Bought my first house with the help of Ryan Spooner. He made the whole process very easy and as stress free as I could have hoped for. I had a lot of what I would consider silly questions and he answered almost right away each time and was more than happy to find out the answers for me. If I could afford a second house I would without a doubt have Ryan help me again, I highly recommend him!

He made the first time home buying experience for my fiance and I the best you could ask for. He was there for each question, no matter how ridiculous they may have seemed. He's a great person to have in your reality corner. Two thumbs way up!
