        This place screwed up the easiest real estate transaction ever. I lost $2600 based upon their inability to negotiate and keep track of dates. Dan Preston was the agent. It's run by a megalomaniac.

        I've now called 3 times about a property near me, and have yet to get a return call, so I'd say my experience with Livian isn't good. I wouldn't have posted this, but Google asked me how my experience was with this company.
