        Not only is $80 before tip for a Brazilian wax outrageous (even for the northeast), but Id hope that since the price is this steep theyd AT LEAST get all of the hairs. I was on a trip to Burlington and was in need of a last-minute Brazilian, so I settled on this place because it was the only place I could find an appointment. My waxer, Jenna, was kind, but I left disappointed and quite frankly, felt extremely ripped off after I realized she had not done a thorough job. The hairs that were left behind werent even too short for the wax to grab ahold ofit was just a lack of attention to detail. Im pretty upset that I paid over $80 for an incomplete job. ****To elaborate on my one review, I thought I was happy with the wax prior to leaving the establishment. It wasn't until closer inspection once I was in the privacy of my own hotel room, that I realized there were numerous hairs left behind. I also was not asked if I was happy with the wax job at the end. If I had been asked, and if I had noticed the remaining hairs before I left, I would have absolutely said something.

      Kelsey please give as a call back at 802-825-4116 so we can correct anything that went wrong during your wax, even though Jenna has asked if you were happy with your service after the treatment- it’s important to speak up during and right after so it can be corrected while you are at the facility. Worth also noting the pricing we have however is average for our area and Jenna has great experience in waxing. Thank you
