Community Health Centers - Good Health

Community Health Centers of Burlington does not provide proper care. They delayed my overall treatment because the doctors were not up to date on tick borne illnesses. I suffered for months before getting proper treatment else where. CHCB also coded my visits improperly and tried charging me more money than I owed them. Do not trust this medical center. Youll end up getting charged for malpractice and never receiving proper care.

Very disappointed in CHCB/Goodhealth. I needed to have my medical records updated and had my former primary care office fax the records over. Goodhealth stated the records were "lost in cyber limbo" and won't be able to be in my chart until they can get their backlog done. Said I would have at least 2-3 weeks wait. What's the point of going to my appointment if they don't have my medical information? My former primary care office was dumbfounded when I called them and requested my records to be mailed via paper to my personal address since that's faster than faxing to this unprofessional facility. Every since CHCB acquired Goodhealth it's been the worst experience. Very dissapointed.

Peter Gunther MD is an excellent physician. Intelligent and experienced and the rare doctor who takes time with his patients and puts their needs and health first. Ive been in medicine for 40 years and I trust him completely. The office communication could be better. Something for the office manager to work on. The healthcare part is in good hands with Dr Gunther and his PA Zach Schwartz. Sincerely Cheryl Heppner

Been going for years; for most of the time it was your average doctors office stuff and they solved all my simple needs and problems pretty well. However since having a longer term illness they have been great. They listen to your problems and find solutions. Theyre super friendly knowledgeable and supportive. Normally I pass out when getting blood drawn but they were fine with me sitting backwards to keep my head down and the nurse did an excellent job. By far the best experience of getting blood drawn Ive ever had. Theyve always met or exceeded my exceptions and Id recommend them to friends.
