WOW! As a former hygienist I was well aware that dentists are egotistical. That’s just the tip of the ice burg. When I first spoke to the women on the phone, they seemed very kind and wonderful and I was very excited to have found an office with kind and competent front desk staff. Day of my appointment. I go in and the front desk staff are cold and rude. The assistant brings me to the operatory and is cold, rude, and rushing me. She is short with me with everything I say and not even trying to hide her annoyance with everything that I say. It did not make me feel very welcome and comfortable as a new patient. As a former hygienist with 13 years experience and having a night guard for the last 15, I need a new one and I had let the staff there know. the dentist I saw agreed with me that I should have a night guard made. i called the office a couple days after my appointment to set up an appointment to have an impression made and the woman was so rude and telling me “that’s not how we do it” and bla bla bla. So i said ok. So then I send an email telling them I haven’t had a night guard for a couple years and I really really need one. i then receive an email directly from the Dentist there, who clearly had his ego hurt from having a hygienist (how dare someone with a lower title recommend any treatment for themself), telling me “the patient doesn’t make the treatment recommendations, the dentist does that”. Basically dismissing my knowledge and need for this treatment because he wants to wait until he can personally recommend it i supposed. So i then responses with an email telling them I didn’t appreciate the condescending attitude, and then I was kicked out of the practice. Very unprofessional, cold, and rude staff here. They don’t make you feel welcome and they make you feel rushed. I do not recommend .

I was in a complete DENTAL CRISIS about to lose my top front tooth from a car accident and root canal years ago. I have EXTREMELY SEVERE Dental Anxiety to the point I have to take Valium. No dental insurance and knew the options weren’t good. Implants are way to expensive and take months to a year to even be actually put in. I was horrified at the thought of a $700 “flipper” that would be clearly different from other teeth AND need to be removed for eating. I was going into severe depression over this. I got in really quickly for an emergency evaluation and treated the infection finally with a stronger antibiotic. They went over my options with me in tears, Dentist had amazing bedside manner and calmed me down and one of the options was a Newer option to take the tooth out and fix it up and GLUE it back in!! Looks better than it has in years and I was so grateful and more confident immediately!! Was painful and pricy but so worth it to not walk around with no front tooth!!! 4stars only because they do things differently and in the order and time frame they decide and that’s a bit annoying. Hard for me also to have a different person as they rotate, but It is a teaching center so I get. Staff mostly were all wonderful and welcoming but the assistants/nurses seemed somewhat ANNOYED by my anxiety and need to take anxiety medicine…actually asked me NOT to take it for the next appointment?? I found that odd since it wasn’t like we were having a conversation. Can’t really talk while dentist working in my mouth. Was also during the height of Covid. Overall I feel like without this place I’d be on my couch unwilling to go out in public with no front tooth!! I definitely recommend it to ANYONE struggling with dental issues especially emergencies with or without dental insurance. As long as you can pay a significant chunk of the bill they will work with you to make payments!! Can take a while for new patients so try to make an appointment soon if expecting upcoming dental issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
