Thought Dr. Kuchukulla was wonderful. Kind, caring and really helping my TMJ. Then, suddenly, she was gone, the practice was gone, with no letter no phone call explaining why. Follow up appointment disappeared. Very unprofessional and I remain without treatment after 8 months. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Extremely unprofessional and rude front office as well as the actual Dr. She walked out after I asked a question because I was confused. Then her front desk staff berated me when I asked what I should do. They said it doesnt matter because they are closing their office. Also its not very clean and smells bad in there.

I had a terrible experience. I waited for 6+ months for the appointment. I checked in, and they told me that the doctor was not there that morning, so they asked me to come back in the afternoon. I was upset, but I came back as Ive waited for months. I see the Doctor, but he doesnt know the reason Im seeing him, even though they asked me to fill out multiple pages with a detailed history before they scheduled me, and I did it twice bc they sent the wrong one first. He then proceeded to tell me that I was scheduled for a pain visit instead of the maxillofacial, so I need to come back another day and that he is leaving the practice the following week, so he doesnt want to take a history because their colleagues will ask me the same questions when I come back. If that wasnt bad enough, they sent me a bill, a 74min new patient visit. I was there for less than 15, and they didnt do anything for me. It was appalling. I even wanted to call the insurance company to report them. Needless to say, I did not go back.

I tried speaking with the business manager to negotiate the price. Before we could to any understanding she yelled at me and told me Youre lucky to even have a chance to speak with her.

I went to Dr. Crandall for four years, and though I hear he is wonderful with muscular TMJD, he is (at least in my case) no help when it comes to problems in the joint itself. The splint helped me for a short time, and after a while my pain became more severe. At this point he didn't have any ideas on how to help me. I ended up having to go to an oral surgeon to get a referal to a new TMJ specialist whom I have made progress with.
