Horrid. Do. Not. Go. Listen, I'm not very old so maybe I just lack experience, but in 31 years I've never been made to feel smaller or more helpless. The staff and hygienists were lovely and I feel so bad they are forced to work with those doctors. I had a filling fallout and the staff were able to swiftly schedule me and were very attentive and kind the hygienist was also lovely. The DR however treated me like cattle, was rough with my tooth, and had the bedside manor of a ghost. Don't patronize. I frankly am still in a state of complete shock with how poorly I was treated.

Worst dental practice Ive ever been to. The staff is kind but they constantly push back their appointments and are understaffed to the point where I havent had a cleaning in a year. I went in today for an appointment, an appointment they asked me to come to because they had a cancellation, I waited an hour to find out the front desk person never checked me in so I have to come back. It will be the last appointment I make with this practice. I urge anyone thinking of coming here to find a different dentist. They are completely unprofessional and take no responsibility for the work I had to miss to be there just to be sent home. The reviews on here honestly dont do it justice because Ive talked to several others just today with similar bad experiences.

Horrible place to go. If you want to be disrespected on the phone and told you cant make an appointment in advanced because youre on a certain list and everyday you call they are full?? I think the person answer the phones and was training the person answer the phones needs to be retrained and learned how to talk with people and explain other options before dismissing them. To bad the person answering the phone makes it hard to get in because the hygienist are actually nice and did a good job.
