        Not only did Derek provide excellent customer service during the transaction, but he also went above and beyond by following up with me to ensure that everything was working smoothly and to address any further questions or concerns I had. Amazing experience. 11/10 would recommend.

        I went into the store on Dorset Street in South Burlington, Vermont, to return a product. I was verbally harassed by the assistant manager. When he stood up and started coming towards me, I left the device to return there and left the store. Then I called to speak to the manager, who yelled at me, told me I was lying (although I barely got 1 sentence out) and finally he hung up on me. I would never, ever go in that store again. Good luck to all of you.
