      image Dr Carey was great. He took over my spouse's healthcare when his previous email abandoned him during a serious diagnosis. Dr Carey was kind, caring, extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, he listens and takes your wishes and needs into account, he works with you and not at an autocrat. He's balanced and genuinely wants the best for his patients. Highly recommended!

      image Dr. Carey is an excellent, knowledgeable cardiologist.  I have been seeing him for progressive heart failure for several years.  He diagnosed and arranged to have removed an approximately 1 liter pleural effusion (fluid in lung cavity).  My breathing was much better afterward.  He also diagnosed an irregular heartbeat, and arranged for implantation of a cardioverter (like a pacemaker).  His practice is shared with other FAHC cardiologists and is very busy, but also neat, clean, and responsive to patients' medical needs.
