Big Bear’s Tent Rentals

We used Big Bear's Tent Rentals for our son's wedding in Northfield. Cliff was amazing from start to finish. We decided kind of late to add a tent and heater to the venue. He worked diligently on finding all the equipment within less than a month. He and his crew were friendly, fast and very accommodating with set up. He was available at a moments notice and quickly remedied any issue that arose in a timely manner. We give Two Thumbs Up to Cliff and his crew at Big Bear's, and would use him again for future events!

Best. Vendor. EVER. I cannot say enough great things about Cliff Savage and his whole team at Big Bear's Tent Rentals. Cliff was such a thoughtful, kind, helpful communicator every step of the way. I used Big Bears for the ceremony & reception chairs at my wedding and was thrilled with them every step of the way. My family and I were all so impressed with the thoughtfulness and professionalism of Cliff and his team, and I would 10/10 use them again for any event rental needs!!

Our experience with the Big Bear's team was awesome from start to finish: Great communication working through the best options for what we needed, check ins the week before our event and updates on when they'd be arriving, super friendly and professional with the set up and take down, and very respectful of our property which I know was tougher to manage given how wet everything has been lately. Will 100% use them again next time we need a tent rental!

I recently used Big Bear for a pole tent rental for a Celebration of Life for my mother. They were kind, efficient, thorough and did an overall great job! It was challenging to get their box truck on to our site without damaging trees but they took their time and made it work. I am happy to recommend them.

This company is wonderful! Top notch communication and professionalism. Everyone was very friendly. Theyre flexible and will accommodate for whatever you need. Cliff Savage is awesome. Would happily recommend this company to anyone!!
