        "on line only" ? What does this tell the Consumers ? Did actually get a "call back", albeit 5 days later. Yeah, had to make other arrangements.

        They never answer the phone and have a tedious process to even get someone on the phone to begin with. Overall dealing with this company was a major disappointment I ended up finding an alternative though.

        There's no way to call and speak to somebody in this location and customer service is non-existent. They damaged my car. The windshield came with scrapes, a crack, and nicks. My car is scratched up all over from them. Nice people but they have zero clue or desire to do their job correctly, much less well. People used to take pride in doing good work.
