I think I have encountered people standing outside of biker bars with more finesse and better manners than the women they have working in this store. The employees are argumentative, bullying, belligerent, and trashy. Just when I thought there wasn't anything Comcast could do to make me hate them more, they stepped further down into the sewer that is Comcast and did it.
ALSO...
Comcast still throttles your connection during high traffic times, which is when most people are able to watch. They need to update their infrastructure to accommodate its customers.

My Xfinity bill recently went up to $250 per month and my cell phones with Verizon were almost $100 per month. Trying to get anything done on the phone with Xfinity is very difficult because you always get someone who doesn't speak (good) English and sounds like they're in a "boiler room" in a foreign country. So I went down to the Xfinity store in Rutland. Patty (Ms. Wigmore) worked with me patiently for a long time getting my bill down more than a hundred dollars per month paying for only what I really needed. She also got my cell phones switched over from Verizon after being with them for over 15 years at a similar substantial savings. Thanks for everything, Patty ! You're a sweetheart !
