        Ross insurance back when Bill Ross WAS the owner WAS a great business. I had all my ins. Policies with them for more than 20 years and always received outstanding customer service but unfortunately this agency, a couple of years ago was taken over by another person and the personnel was replaced while they kept the name of the business. Nowadays, I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy frankly. They are rude and condescending. I took all my policies elsewhere.
