Whenever we've had a gas problem their responses has been quick to solve the problem. I've timed them and they have been within 15 minutes of the estimated time of arrival. I consider that pretty good.

They let me run out of propane and now their regulator went and as a result it broke my furnace. They are failing to contact me to resolve the issue and keep me up to date. I am sitting here on day seven with no heat trying to pry updates out of them as to when parts will come in and when they will be here to fix it. At this time it has been sub zero and I am struggling to keep my house warm with my wood heat trying to strategize feeding my wood stove every four hours and still work and sleep.
