The dining room was closed due to being short staffed and Jennifer working the drive through was amazing with getting orders together quickly with the few employees she had and truly rocked our order!! Thank you!!

This place had amazing service today! We came to grab some lunch and my fianc had realized he forgot his wallet when we got to the window, the young man asked the manager to cancel the order for us. The manager then looked at us and send no worries guys, ill take care of it have an amazing day!
This manager doesnt realize that we are beyond thankful for this, we had a rough weekend burying my grandmother and this kindness means to much! There still are good people in this world!!

The staff are friendly enough, though orders took a while to get out. But that's fine, just sit down and enjoy the beautiful mountain view.

I actually cannot believe what I witnessed here. It was evening time, around 630pm or so. The floor manager was irate at something. She was yelling & screaming, cursing, and throwing things around. I was a gast when I saw her verbally rip off the head of the young teen employee who only asked to go use the restroom. This was unbelievable. She also was throwing food around, slamming ready to go items into their paper " to go " bags and screaming at other employees.i actually looked all around me to see if anyone else was witnessing the same horror I was. This shift manager was openly verbally abusive to a to go line customer that I witnessed, and all this because it was THEIR own processing mistake, not the customer. They slammed the food items they had to remake into a bag, and the shift manager snatched it up and slung it to the to go register. I honestly couldn't believe what I was seeing.
