      image I ordered a few sandwiches on the app for my family and I planned to pick them up after work as my commute was over an hour. There was a power outage in town that affected even the place where I worked. I couldnt get over to the store before they had to close from the outage so I never got the food Id already paid for. I called their store several times the next day and they dont answer their phones. I submitted a complaint through the app on the feedback tool. I got confirmation they received my complaint but they never responded. They still have my money and know I never got my food. Nobody has tried to call me from the store or the app.
