This place is a joke told me without landlord consent they can't come fix anything even tho I'm willing to pay as me n landlord are in a legal battle so I asked if they would just write me up something for court saying that and was told that they couldn't unless landlord says yes and she told me nonot a very friendly receptionist that's for sure very rude

The actual service is great. But they gave me the option to pay by way of post-dated check, cashed the check early, and then tried to charge me an additional fee for their mistake. Don't offer the customer the option to pay by way of post-dated check if you're going to disregard the date on the check and charge the customer for your mistake. I won't be using them again despite the quality of the repair.
