Consistently excellent service. Decided to try RT after a less than pleasant experience at Gills Point S. I took my car to RT for an inspection in September and learned I needed new brakes and rotors. They ordered the parts immediately and scheduled me to come back the next week. Very accommodating and did not charge me for the failed inspection. My girlfriends car had some rumbling while braking as of late, and I got her scheduled at RT for that and an alignment in less than a week. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement parts on hand, and just over 2 hours later her car is driving like new. Not to mention that they gave me a call less than 20 minutes after leaving the place to let us know what was wrong along with an estimate. Communication is fantastic and the work they do is phenomenal. I would recommend RT Tire & Auto to anyone looking for quality car maintenance and have! Through my experience with these folks, theyve gained 3 new happy customers.

Great bunch of guys! They take pride in their work and treat their customers fairly. Having been in the business most of my life, they are one of the few shops I use. I like to support local.
