        2 stars because the doctor is great, but poor review because the receptionists are awful. I showed up after driving 45 minutes from Stowe for an appt with my 2 small children. We were exactly ten minutes late and she tells me I have to reschedule because you cant be 10 minutes late. I had no idea this was a rule and wouldve turned around half way and not wasted my time. Apparently its on their website, which Ive of course never been on - they dont mention that on the 6 voicemails they leave before the appt though.

        While the providers I have seen is excellent, there is a serious lack in at least one of the administrative assistants. I filled out a form while I was at the office requesting records from another practice. When I called to check in several weeks later, they said I had not filled out the form, so I had to do it again. Not a huge deal, but then I called again several weeks later to find out that the records still had not been requested. Months went by and I finally called the other practice myself and they sent the records that day. Someone was clearly not doing their job. The second issue is that I put my husband on the waiting list for the practice (there are not a lot of choices!) in August. When I checked in about it, as they said it would be a couple of months they told me that they had no record of him in the system, so I had to do it again and now there will be more months of waiting for him to be accepted as a patient. What is going on over there?
