        The lady was rude not even worth 1 star I've had my taxes done there for years. I went there to get copies of my taxes from a couple years and the lady was so rude then they are charging me for them which I don't mind if it's a small fee but the lady said the fee will depend what I got back on those years.she was just very rude and her next client was waiting for her and she told the receptionist he could wait she needed fresh air and was very rude to another person that went in.

        Quite literally the most thorough tax preparation weve ever had. Our preparer was incredibly well informed and happy to answer any question we had. For extra credit the desk staff is very kind and professional, and they also have coffee and tea to enjoy while you have your meeting. Great experience and will definitely use them again

      Hi Sadie! Let me first clear up the misunderstanding you seem to have; we absolutely do not charge clients based on what they are, or are not, refunded. The fee is determined solely on the return and what it consists of, no more or no less. I'll also take time to address your concern for other clients and their personal and private appointments with their respective preparers. Our staff do take breaks in between appointments and whenever there is down time, especially if we're working non-stop during the day. I personally can't recall anybody themselves taking issue with it, actually clients seems to encourage it since they see how busy we get from what I've seen. We are, however sorry to hear that you feel you were treated rudely and hope you are satisfied with whomever you choose to go to for your tax needs from now on.~EbenThe Tax Team, LLCAccounting Alternatives
