        My appointment was moved out 4 days without my knowledge, I set an online appointment 2 weeks in advance because there were NO openings, just to arrive at my appointment time to get talked down to. Don't waste your time, I am regretful that I wasted mine

      Hi Eileen!I’m sorry you were somehow confused about when your appointment was scheduled, especially after our phone call to clarify what you wanted for hair coloring and to confirm the date. Online booking isn’t for everyone and maybe calling the salon directly is best? I do understand you’re upset and wish we could somehow correct this situation, but since we did not change or modify your appointment date, I’m not sure how to do so.
