      Hi Dino, We are sorry you are not satisfied with our ATM. Withdrawals are free for our customers and Falcon Network users; however, we do charge a fee for those outside the network which is clearly stated on a placard on the ATM as well as on the screen before the transaction is completed. This helps cover the cost of operating our ATMs. Hope you have a great day!
