I had an intermittent issue with the breaker for my garage tripping that persisted after another company looked at it. Dave from Hegeman is the man - he diagnosed it in less than 15 minutes and made a plan to get it solved permanently. He was tremendous - a consummate professional who explained everything he was doing thoroughly and answered all my questions. Everything came out great, 11/10 will work with Hegeman again.

I had a problem with a tripped breaker. Not sure why it wouldn't stay on. Called and they happened to have an available electrician and came within 20 min. The guy was very nice and we went over the issue I was having. He seemed to solve it and found another which he took care of at the same time. It was within an hour's time she was just charged a service call. He also explained and answered my questions well, so I was very happy with him. Yes, I would recommend them and want to thank them for helping me out like they did!

Asked for a quote on a complicated electrical problem at a condo I own. I scheduled something for Thursday. Almost immediately after scheduling this, the electrician asked to move the appointment to Friday. Inconvenient, but fine. I coordinated the visit with my tenant once again and planned it for Friday.Heard nothing on Friday. On Monday, I get this email: "I have run into some scheduling conflicts and I will not be able to submit a price for the work you have requested. Thank you for considering us for the work."No explanation, he just disappeared. I called and talked to the guy who wrote this email, and he explained that he can't give a quote on complicated projects. He was simply unwilling to investigate and give me a number. So much for "scheduling conflicts."Don't waste your time requesting a quote. They may not even give it to you, and they'll lie to you about why.
