They don't answer the phone. If you bring your vehicle here, you won't be able to call them. I had to drive there just to check on it. Another time, I had to spam call them like 15 times in a row before I got an answer. Took almost 2 weeks for a diagnosis. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Crossroads Auto is the place to go if you own a Volvo. Marcie is trustworthy and honest. Since she is a good mechanic, she is in HIGH DEMAND and is BUSY. Schedule your appointments and don't be late! Respect her time and she will provide exceptional service.
I own a 2000 Volvo V70R which is a pain to work on. I have been to other mechanics who claimed they fixed my vehicle's problems only to have my car die and require an expensive tow(s). After having to get my car towed twice (issues from the same mechanic which I won't name but will never return), I had them take the ol' moose wagon straight to Marcie at Crossroads. The tow company sort of laughed because that is where they take all Volvos and only had good things to say about Marcie.
Fixing old Volvos is an art and it takes time. Go here if you actually want your car to be repaired properly. Go somewhere else if you are impatient and want to risk working with someone who is not familiar with Volvos and cause additional harm to your car.
