        BEWARE he does not stick to the prices he QUOTES!!! He charged $536 above his quote upon completion of job. Will not recommend nor ever use Randy to repair or pump out septic again! Second problem, he does not adhere to his appointment schedule. His answer, there's a communication problem. Service: Sump pump repair

        Randy came out initially to look at my septic situation. He said he would need a backhoe and promised to come back at a particular time. He didn't show up, didn't call. I called him to complain, and he offered some excuses and promised to come the following weekend. That day arrived. I spent the afternoon waiting. No show. No phone call. I'm going with another service.
