I have never owned a home before and Flex (Dan Titus) was invaluable to my home buying experience. At every single twist and turn, and boy are there twists and turns, our realtor was with us every step of the way to explain everything and help connect us to vendors and information we needed to make it all work. We had a wonderful experience when we sold our condo with Flex Realty. Giles was a dream to work with from our first connection with him to our closing a short time later. He was incredibly well organized, knowledgeable and easy to work with in every step. He helped us price the condo just right, did great photos and a write up, found us great traffic at an open house and many showings, and helped us end up with several good buyers. He moved us with ease through thoughtful decision making, a home inspection and fire marshall inspection to a perfect closing. We can't imagine how this process could have gone more smoothly. We give Giles and his team our highest recommendation.
