        Just called for help on antigen testing. Could/would offer no information about local community healthy centers. For a global pandemic that created mandates, the receptionist was very non-chalant about her job and offering assistance was clearly not in her pay grade. Very shocked that Vermonts Government Facility had no knowledge of the very few centers in this state for people who need help. No links, nor referrals. Just an oh well, figure it out yourself attitude. Disappointing to see zero accountability and no integration of health services for people who live in rural areas where subpar internet access makes researching options nearly impossible. Our government needs to reevaluate its role and train its staff.
