Days Inn by Wyndham Colchester Burlington

Booked this inn for the eclipse. The Staff was Great and did their best to be accomodating. Having said this, however, the place is a dismal, bare bones dump. Furniture - what little there was - was shabby, the bare floors in the room were sticky, and the hallway carpeting was dirty, and the hot water went out one morning... and the whole place absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. It's bad enough that it is located directly under the flightpath of the jet airport but it's also being used as a homeless shelter (with all the positive community but highly negative social and environmental aspects therein). This was the worst place we ever stayed in 37 years of travel.... and we were charged $300+ per night.

Smelled like cigarettes when I complained about noise they did nothing wouldn't recommend stay here

Amazing staff on overnights, 2 gentleman an older man and a younger gentleman but both were equally amazing, made us feel comfortable and were so open and understanding of our male k9 who is a rescue and was abused horribly until he choose my wife and I but they totally understood him. Rooms: Nicer then I thought or was expecting. Definitely changed my outlook on don't judge a book by its cover lol
