I cannot recommend Erin enough (and I do anytime someone mentions they are looking for a house). As first time homebuyers navigating the recent housing market boom my wife and I worked with Erin to secure a wonderful house in exactly the area we were looking to purchase. She was everything anyone could hope for in a realtor, practical, knowledgeable, available, and extremely diligent in making a deal happen. She was immensely helpful in negotiating seller concessions, recommending inspectors, attorneys, and even after close has helped put us in contact with some wonderful local contractors. She was also the first to point out issues with houses we were seeing, not just material defects but personal preferences that she knew were important to my wife and I. Erin was just wonderful to work with and we would absolutely use her again. As my wife says, she is good people.
