My house had some unique features that both enhanced and detracted from a possible sale. Steve was open to discussions on the best strategies for a successful sale and was able to market the house in it's best light and make adjustments to the sales approach and advertising as situations in both the market and interest rates were changing on a daily basis. So attentive and helpful! We found our dream home and through all of the battles of the current market Steve stayed wise and ontop of it! Steve gets things done. He's on top of every aspect of the search for and purchase of a home, and he does it timely and with good cheer. When dealing with various parties in the transaction, he is kind to everyone and careful to advocate for the interests of his client. And he's never hard to reach--a rare quality these days. First of all I'd like to say that I cannot express enough just how much help and guidance Steve provided for our search for property in Vermont. He provided prompt communication, honest feedback, positive energy, and his best effort in every possible way and we could not have been happier with his level of service. We came out to visit as we are out of state, and he took us all around to look at all the potential properties we had been discussing and interested in. We literally spent 10 hours looking at everything. I'm not sure if this is a normal practice with other realtors, but he definitely made us feel like this was his normal level of service, that he would happily provide to any potential customer.
