        I attended a charcuterie board class with Stephanie at Red Poppy Cakery and my girlfriend and had a great time. Not only was the spread delicious but the class was informative as well and featured a giveaway for some local charcuterie boards made by Revel Woodworking. If you want to eat some great food as well as learn along the way Cooking with Stephanie is awesome.

        A few friends got together for a pasta making session with Stephanie. We learned a lot, laughed a lot and went home with some great recipes to try at home. Would highly recommend scheduling a class with Stephanie, shell cater the meal to your interests and guide your through the process. You wont be disappointed.

        Stephanie is an extremely talented and professional chef. I had a private group cooking session with her and my family. The event from planning to the end was spot on. I couldnt have asked for a more engaging and fun experience. This was a birthday gift to my sister and she loved every minute of it! The kitchen brings everyone together and this couldnt be more true when taking a class with Stephanie.       After college Stephanie started reading food blogs, obsessing over Ina Garten and Anthony Bourdain, experimenting in the kitchen, buying ingredients that she had never used before, hosting dinner parties, visiting local farms, orchards, gardens, trying all of the things related to food that she could find. Stephanie fell in love with food, and that’s when she quit her job to attend The Chef Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan.
