        It took them 4 plus months to amend my taxes and then my taxes were messed up and I was still told I need to pay them the $260 (what it cost to have your taxes amended). All I have to say is I will never go back to H&R Block, I would never suggest this place to anyone

        Very poor customer service. Wanted to charge $99 just to start, was told it would most likely be more, to file a corrected w-2 form. I wouldn't even give 1 star, but had no choice to submit this review

        This one, actually scares me! I didn't go to H&R Block! I called them. Is it my imagination or is this just plain scary? About H&R Block though, (this after all is what the rating is all about) they have never steered me wrong and very thorough. Yes, can be pricey but rather have it done right the first time! Lord knows I've had trouble with IRS in the past. Not once, but three times! Audits are NOT my cup of tea thank you! Since H&R took over, I do relax. Always kind and courteous. And smarter than Alexa! ( But still creepy ) lol

        I called 5 times to try and get a price to do my taxes and ask a couple of questions but never got a response. I ended up going to the Liberty tax office in Brattleboro because they answered my questions and made an appointment for me immediately.
