This post office does not know how to treat their customers. Let alone change of address ( permanent/temporary). That post office hangs up on you immediately when inquiring about anything to do with their delivery management.

Once again no Saturday delivery of mail! Since our newspaper is now delivered with the mail I did not get my weekend paper. This is not acceptable!

For the past two days, we have not had our mail picked up or delivered. When Jason works, our service is spectacular. He gets to know his customers and is always driendly and prompt. What is going on?

Ever notice how most post offices have 3 stars or less? If they were a private business, theyd be out of business. UPS and FedEx understand customer service; post office employees are too often the bridge trolls of shipping. Its too bad the government doesnt fund the post office better. I guess we get what we pay for.

Not an efficient post office. Constantly forgetting to put pick up tag notices in my mailbox so I have no idea they are holding stuff for me. I'll go to pick something up and they tell me someone is delivering it that day so I go home and wait and boom... It never shows. So I go back again and they say they can't find it. I get a 5 day run around till it shows up eventually.
I also think the mail drop off person gets lazy sometimes because they just don't deliver stuff and say they couldn't reach the mail box... The mailbox is next to the road! They don't even have to leave the truck!! What is this? I'm so tired of this post office.
I feel helpless to make any change because it's a government job and they are protected. There's no one to complain too because they are the gate keepers.
I can't keep using gas, ware on my car to keep going back and forth to try and find my mail when they can't do the bare minimum of their job description.
