Biologic Healthcare

Biologic Health is the BEST healthcare I have received. We see Dr. Brenton Murphy, and could not be more impressed with the way he listens and counsels his patients. The staff is top-notch, and the health center is warm, welcoming, and well managed. 10/10!

Dr. Murphy is fantastic. Initially I wanted a female but hes so great - I wouldnt change. He listens and cares and knowledgeable . Great Doctor.

Awesome doctors, miserable scheduling/communication. Leaving a message never gets a call back. Appointments made and then lost. Its so bad, I finally got fed up and started looking for another doctor. Its a shame because Dr. Murphy is AWESOME (5 stars), but the issues at their front office are unacceptable. *Edited to add* I followed up to their response with a detailed email on 4/18 and never got any kind of reply.

This office wasted my time. I called asking if they were taking on new patients, they said yes and sent me new patient forms that took me an hour to fill out. A week later I had not heard back from them about scheduling my first appointment. When I called to check in, they said they were no longer taking on new patients and I needed to find care elsewhere.

ABSOLUTE WORST overall doctor's office experience I have ever experienced in my life. I did have an excellent in person office visit with Dr. Murphy! He was very down to earth, caring, and listened well. However, communication and follow-up have been absolutely horrendous. Everything seems be delayed here, and the staff was not upfront about expected time frames. I have had to repeat myself 2-3 for the staff to comprehend simple things that I needed or wanted answers to. After being told I would need to self-pay at my appointment and doing so, my insurance was still charged (and billed incorrectly at that). After being told it the charge would be removed by Dr. Eagle and it still wasn't 2 weeks later, I talked to Dr. Eagle, the owner, about the situation. After I patiently listened to her incorrect viewpoint of the issue & her inadequate new plan to take care of it, she said, "I don't need to listen to what you have to say" & later she hung up in my face. Thankfully, it was finally resolved the way I had originally agreed soon after that. I came to this office based off a recommendation, but if I had read the reviews & the owner's snarky responses (where she shows no compassion nor accountability), I would have never come here.
